For the purchase of Neuro Psychiatric, De-Addiction, Pain & Stress Management, and Anti-Smoking products to ensure compliance as per Government rules and regulations, implementation of these described rules is mandatory and unavoidable not only by the supplier but also by the Prescriber and end user. Like we require a valid and current date prescription in favour of patient with his/her complete details and diagnosis from the registered medical practitioner with the Name of the Doctor in Capital Letter, his/her registration details, contact details, duly stamp and signed should be prescribed on the proper prescription pad and registration detail of the patient with the doses and duration should be prescribed by the prescriber. We Can’t change the strength/quantity of the medicines even directed by the patient/ Doctor in verbal. Patient/Attendant should carry the Original Prescription along with zerox copy for the same, copy of the Aadhar and Contact details of the patient should carry at the time of purchase such medicines. Original prescription and Memo of the medicines will be returned to the End user for his/her record after duly stamped, signed mentioning the name of Medicines and quantity by our firm. And zerox copies of Obtained documents of End user will be kept for our record as directed by the concerned authorities.
